The riveting night race aside, it’s also the season to party like there’s no tomorrow, with some of the biggest blowouts on the annual calendar happening during this Grand Prix season. If you’ve got to only choose a few to go to, hop to these ones that are sure to guarantee a good time.

1-Altitude


The world’s highest al fresco bar is not only the perfect place to catch glimpses of the race cars running the circuit below, but also the perfect pitstop for drinks and race-themed activities by sponsor Heineken, followed by a revelry at sister club Altimate below. Sep 14-16

It’s gonna be a non-stop weekend of parties as the sky-high Singapore outpost of the famed Shanghai nightlife brand throws a three-night shindig starting with an opening revelry on Friday with France’s DJ Tracks; a banging night of hip hop, Latin and Dutch house on Saturday; before racing to the finish on Sunday with the city’s top spinners. The party starts early in the week atop Marina Bay Sands. From Wednesday, the rooftop venue will be transformed into a futuristic night spot filled with fluorescent lights, LED-clad entertainers and non-stop music by an all-star DJ line-up. The Central Fountain Square of this nightlife district is set to be abuzz with activities. Get your game on at an outdoor arcade filled with racing machines and virtual reality headsets as some of Singapore’s top DJs keep the atmosphere pumping. See the night race live on screen here too. Non other than legendary rapper, record producer and DJ Jermaine Dupri (who recently in Feb was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame) will be helming the decks at LAVO on Saturday for his first-ever performance in Singapore. Once you’ve recovered from the bangin night, come back on Sunday for a brunch party that goes on from 2pm till late. Sep 15-16
