Viva Business Park marks the eighth gym branch by True Fitness. In addition to the usual weights and equipment (cardiovascular, strength and resistance), you can find, for the first time ever, a Queenax functional and suspended bodyweight training system, as well as Aerial Yoga facilities—amenities unique to the 18,000 sq ft facility.

The Queenax is a highly versatile equipment that trains strength and mobility, integrating unlimited training options that can be adapted for various fitness and comfort levels. For core strengthening, gym bunnies should check out the Aerial Yoga facilities, which include a special kind of hammock to suspend you in mid-air, while you bust out the sun salutations in a modern adaptation of traditional yoga.

If you prefer your yoga on the ground, the club also offers a suite of yoga classes such as Hot Flow, Body Opening, Yin Yoga and Dynamic Stretch Yoga classes—as well as popular BodyPump, Zumba, Hip Hop and ICE II Spinning classes. To get the most out of your gym visit, all visitors can get a free body scan with the new Styku 3D body scanner and shape analyzer, so you’ll be able to track and achieve your fitness goals efficiently.
