SINGAPORE RETAIL

Pashma

The buzz: Indian luxury resort wear label Pashma, renowned for the premium fabrics used for its signature scarves and apparel, opens its fourth and flagship boutique in Raffles Hotel.

The vibe: Befitting the brand’s DNA, the warm interior has an inviting ethnic resort feel with an earthy color scheme of brown, grey and green, making the exuberantly colorful collections pop against the neutral backdrop.

The goods: Vibrant scarves ($73 upwards), made with luxurious fabrics like cashmere and silk, are the highlights and this store boasts a wider range of clothes and home accessories than the MBS and Changi branches including silk blouses, linen shirts, and cashmere outerwear ($159 upwards), dresses ($294  upwards) and throws ($428 upwards). Look forward to the upcoming Spring/Summer line featuring bold hues, the brand’s signature paisley motifs and beautiful floral prints.

Why you’ll be back: Its gorgeous, lavish pieces that feel as good as they look. And if you’re drawn to the lovely scarves, be sure to ask service staff how to create different looks with numerous tying methods.
