Your one-stop shop for all things okonomiyaki
From Suntec City’s Japanese food enclave Eat At Seven comes Tsuruhashi Fugetsu, Osaka’s largest okonomiyaki restaurant, with over 80 outlets worldwide. At Fugetsu Singapore, the savory Japanese pancake, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, is made with fresh cabbage, yakisoba (fried egg noodles), and various battered meat and seafood—before being grilled, slathered in sauces, and topped with bonito flakes. Your final pancake comes served to you on individual teppanyaki plates, to stay fresh and hot throughout your meal.
On the menu are the classic okonomiyaki, Cheetama-Buta-Tama (cheese, egg and pork, $14.80), Tonpei-Yaki (pork omelette, $9.80), and the Omelet-Yakisoba (fried egg noodles and pork omelette, $13.80), among others. The dedicated okonomiyaki restaurant has a second outlet in the gourmet Japanese food hall SORA at Changi Airport, Terminal 2.
