The Wangz Hotel rooftop has a new tenant in the form of this degustation-based fine dining French fusion restaurant.
Formerly the home of a rooftop bar, it's now replaced by a chic and airy French-inspired fine dining restaurant with Asian and Singaporean touches. While the decor has a light color scheme coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows and impressive views of Tiong Bahru, the food is experimental. It's all about the degustation sets with four- ($90), five- ($108) and seven-course ($148) dinners, while lunch offers two- ($36) and three-courses ($54). The menu changes seasonally; there are creations like scallop with smoked trout and shrimp, and Berkshire pig with granny smith and potatoes.
