The wasabi prawns; shark bone cartilage soup; homemade beancurd with spinach; and fried mee sua with seafood are Peach Garden's signature offerings. The menu is perhaps smaller than in many Chinese restaurants, but one gets the feeling that this is deliberate so the restaurant can focus on doing few things and doing them very well.
