Opus Bar & Grill
What replaced Checkers Brasserie is this sleek mahogany-lined grill serving juicy steaks and grilled dishes.
The reimagined Checkers Brasserie at Hilton Hotel has a sexy new concept. With an Aussie chef in the kitchen, there are lots of simple flavors that pack a punch. The impressive mahogany-lined dining room is an apt setting for eating Kobe wagyu ribeye steaks, juicy burgers stuffed with wagyu beef and caramelized onions, and 36-hour pork belly with lychee and coffee. Plus, they're one of the first places to offer Himalayan salt-tile dry aging cabinets that store meats. This place is pretty no-nonsense when it comes to meats, wines and general good grills.
