Mojo Singapore is the first F&B venture by MediaCorp actor Shane Pow, done in collaboration with founder of Sin Lee Foods, Sean Lim. Expect servings of protein bowls and juices by day and yakitori sticks to go along with cocktails by night.

Lunch bowls start from $10 with protein choices such as Norwegian salmon, beef steak and shrimp. For carbs, pick between brown rice, quinoa and cha soba. You get to select sauces and vegetables as well, similar to the many salad and poke bowl concepts out there.

The dinner menu features items like foie gras and grilled beef ribeye ($25), tempura kakiage ($20), as well as yakitori sticks like sea salt mid wings ($5), marbled beef striploin ($10) and diver scallop ($10).

On the drinks front are Japanese-forward cocktails concocted by bartender Noreen Ong who had stints at Maison Ikkoku and Operation Dagger. Try the Gomashio, a Japanese cucumber, sake and gomashio concoction ($20) and the Niwatoko-Ume, a combination of elderflower essence, umeshu and Campari ($18).
