Singapore restaurant REVIEW:
Mitzo Chope

It's all about reinvented Chinese classics in this sleek, swanky, mirrored space overlooking Orchard Road. The kitchen adopts a modern approach to Cantonese food, pushing out pretty plates like lobster and shrimp dumplings with black truffle, deep-fried octopus with cumin salt and pepper and the addictive prawn in salted egg yolk. There's also a menu of Chinese-inspired bar snacks to go with similarly themed cocktails like their ginseng daiquiri.
