One of the first restaurants in Singapore to focus on smoked briskets and all things meat, this American smokehouse is casual, convivial and packed to the brim on most nights, but has plenty of classy touches, like chicken liver parfait and the taramasalata on the snacks menu at dinner. The main stars are the brisket, the Memphis dry rub pork spare ribs and the smoked suckling pig. (The latter needs advance ordering.) Wash it down with one of their three barrel-aged cocktails or one of their bourbon/rye options.
