Lana Cake

For some old-school goodness, you can’t go wrong with the fresh handmade cakes from Lana Cakes. Owner Violet Kwan has been making her beloved chocolate and orange-carrot cakes from her small confectionery store in Bukit Timah for the past 30 years, and is still going strong (selling over 100 whole cakes per day). This is one of the few cake stores in town that still sports charming and authentic 70s décor—indie has never looked (or tasted) better.
