This grill and sake restaurant offering robatayaki and izakaya dishes, also specializes in pairing premium sakes and shochus. Focused on fresh seafood flown in from Japan, chefs work with seasonal produce Kaiseki-style (Japanese for a multi-course meal). The a la carte yakitori menu starts at $3 while seafood robatayaki starts at $15. Mimicking a Japanese fishing boat, the raw wood and metal-heavy space dishes out items like assorted daily sashimi (M.P.); dobin mushi, a teapot soup with seafood, chicken and veggies ($14); Japanese smelt skewers ($8); salmon chirashi don($18); and rice and noodles like tempura udon oze ($23) and salmon terriyaki and cha soba ozen ($26).
