    Single Origin Chocolate Medley

If you like your chocolate as dark as your soul, The Dark Gallery might be the place for you. By Local F&B brand Thirtythree, the boutique-and-cafe concept located in Millennia Walk specializes in artisanal dark chocolate desserts in impressive variety.

Chocolate connoisseurs will be pleased to know that one of the cafe’s signature offerings is curated, single-origin tasting platters. Taste chocolate from Venezuela, Ecuador, Madagascar and the Dominican Republic—in a platter of ice cream ($12), hot chocolate shots ($8), or pastries ($12); or have a little of everything in the Single Origin Chocolate Medley ($10), which combines one of each treat.

For feasting that’s a little more conventional, The Dark Gallery also has a staggering range of plated desserts that include classic brownies and banana splits and 12 chocolate and non-chocolate ice cream flavors ($5 for single scoop) if you prefer to dine in. If not, pick up take-home treats like bonbons ($3 each) and ice cream cakes ($69-$99). And of course, what’s a chocolatier without a menu of chocolate beverages? The hot and iced chocolates ($7-$8) are concocted from a melted mixture of pure Valrhona dark chocolate couvertures; while the chocolate affogato ($7) delivers your caffeine boost with an extra rich kick.
