Located at the historic Fullerton Waterboat House, this stylish and inviting establishment is helmed by executive chef Jonathon Koh who keeps the focus firmly on seafood with a menu that changes seasonally. Whether it’s Maine lobster or Hokkaido scallops, Koh manages to fine new and exciting ways to best showcase these quality ingredients employing European cooking techniques. There’s real satisfaction to be had at Boathouse.

Events Happening at Boathouse
For six days a week, get full pint beers at half pint prices before 8pm.
Modern European fare's the name of the game here, with three courses for $38, including coffee or tea. Kick things off with dishes such as home-cured salmon with horseradish cucumber emulsion, followed by roasted ribeye with glaze celeriac. Desserts are fanciful, including a Calamansi Chiboust (hazelnut biscuit, strawberry consommé and strawberry compote).
