Bombay Chicken mini burgers at Tigerlily

There’s a bit of an Asian invasion around here with Tigerlily joining the club. Alongside the usual pints of Erdinger and Guinness ($15 each), there are bottled beers like Singha and Chang from Thailand, Asahi and Kirin from Japan, Huda from Vietnam and Tsingtao from China ($13 each). Pair those with snacks like chicken satay with peanut sauce ($11) and Peking pulled pork mini burgers ($14). Aside from their Asian slant, this joint doesn’t seem to have any fanciful gimmicks or pretensions. Not a bespoke cocktail in sight! All the better for us to get hammered with, we say.

Asian small plates are where it’s at these days, with fusion tapas specialists popping up all over town. Find out which of these hipster newbies is worth your time.

Events Happening at Tigerlily
The Orient-inspired restaurant that opened its doors earlier this year is now offering a weekend brunch menu serving a mix of Asian and Western delights such as Vietnamese beef pho ($14) and a classic, full English breakfast ($22). They've also got a Boozy Freeflow special for $40.
