Popular drinks at some of Singapore's most popular watering holes. 

In case you've just crawled out from hibernating underneath a rock, some of Singapore's trendiest bars made the Asia's 50 Best Bars list, with 28 HongKong Street in the lead. But on the rare chance that you haven't been to these bars, here's a quick lowdown on what to try. 

 

#1 28 HongKong Street

 
Originally called Italian in Peru, this Pisco by @HannaheWaters has Cocchi Di Torino Vermouth, Amaro Nonino, Gran Classico and Andostura Bitters.

#5 Manhattan Bar

 
Inspired by New York's colorful Harlem neighborhood, the Barbershop is made of Bowmore 12Y whisky, raspberry liqueur, house made hibiscus syrup, fresh lime, cucumber, mint and ginger beer.
 

#7 Operation Dagger

 
One of the speakeasy's signature drinks is The Egg, an intriguing combination of salted egg yolk, caramel and vanilla.

#8 Jigger & Pony

 
Bar programme director Aki Eguchi brings his own spin to the classic pre-prohibition era drink, the Corpse Reviver. Here, he mixes vodka, St Germain, jasmine sweet vermouth and lemon, with a serving of absinthe jelly. 

#12 Tippling Club

 
The Coco Caju is a tropical-inspired concoction comprising cachaca, cashew nut and red date milk, and pomegranate.

Go back to basics with the popular Bloody Mary by co-owner and head bartender, Daiki Kanetaka, who hails from Beijing's famous Glenn Bar and Glen Classic.

The bar's eponynously-named cocktail may be the star of the show, but for those who'd like something fun and different, My Next Mistake is a fruity mix of vodka, beetroot, raspberry and orange.

This swanky Art Deco-inspired bar serves a friendly version of the Corpse Revival, with gin, homemade orange liqueur, homemade vermouth, lemon juice and absinthe.

End your night with the fiery Mai-Tai Ala Sugarhall, which features a blend of rums, orgeat, lime, almond and spiced apricot brandy.
